About Me

My Story

Hi, my name is Shelby Karow. Starting Sundown Sips came from a season in life where I was simply looking for a second job after becoming a mom. What began as a way to make ends meet quickly turned into something I truly fell in love with. Bartending introduced me to the energy of celebrations, the genuine conversations shared across the bar, and the creativity behind crafting drinks people genuinely enjoy.

That passion inspired me to build Sundown Sips, a mobile bar experience focused on creating memorable moments, great drinks, and an atmosphere where every guest feels welcomed. My goal is simple: bring people together and make every sip feel special.
